Initial Consultation

Design Services

Our design team can create flat designs or factory standard tech packs as well as 3D mock ups. We will work closely with you to translate your ideas in to designs.

Custom Sublimation

Sublimation available on apparels and Sport wear like T-Shirt , Hoodies , Tracksuits, sport uniform’s etc. Custom design’s , logo , picture as Per Requirements on customer’s. If you need more information about Sublimation.

Patterns Grading

As well as having a library of standard fits that we have created and update regularly to follow trends, we can create your custom fits and graded sizes. The custom size charts we provide you with will automatically work out the grading based on your provided...

Sampling

This is a crucial part of the process and allows you to test the materials, the fit, the branding application and the functionality of your garment before placing a bulk order. We want you to be certain on the details before proceeding with a bulk order.

Production

After the sample is tested and any changes or tweaks are discussed, we create an order form as a final confirmation so that we can proceed with your bulk order where each garment is carefully crafted by our experienced production team.

Product Finishing

We offer full package production which includes neck labels, hang tags, packaging and any requested trims so your garments are fully completed and ready to send to your customers.

Quality Control

Before the finished garments are packed, we perform quality control checks to ensure all measurements are within tolerance, all branding and trims align with the order form as well as checking the workmanship of the garments

Freight

After passing our thorough quality checks, your garments are entrusted to our reliable freight services. We handle the logistics meticulously to guarantee efficient shipping and prompt arrival at your desired destination.
